Grass to Glass

Our Inquiry topic for Term 3 and 4 is 'Grass to Glass.' We have been looking at how milk gets from the farm to the factory and different types of milks and milk substitutes. Next week we will be making ice cream and looking at physical and chemical changes.

Next time you are at the supermarket have a look at all the dairy products that are on sale. How many different types of milk are there? What brand is the cheapest? Have a look at the contents on the back are they the same or different?
