Maths Smart
Now see how good you are at using digital clocks.
Ask an adult to give you a time and you put in on to the sheet.
Last week you used analogue clocks.

Tech in a Sec
1.Sign language – National Anthem. Find this on
Google and on our Blog. Have fun practising.
2.Studyladder – keep going….

Sign Language
Show your family how to wave using sign language.
Look on the blog and sing the National Anthem while
using sign language.

Inquiry
What products do you know of that we send to other
countries. That means export to other countries in the world.
List them
You may need to use Google or ask an adult.

Reading
Library – 9am every Friday.
Think of your term goals – is there a reading one?
Listen
to the library news. Mrs Hayes often shows us new books. She spoils us –
shhhhhh.

3. Year 3 conferences: Thursday 7 April and Tuesday
12 April. School closes at the usual time. Please book in if your child is
having a conference or check if you are unsure.

Maths Smart
Measurement:
1.Ask an adult to ask you the time during a day. See
if you can be looking at both an analogue and digital clock.
2.Look at food products and see what they weigh
(grams gms, kilograms kgs) For example cans, butter, fruit and vegetables
when you go shopping……

Tech in a Sec
Talk to your family about what you learnt at The
South Learning Centre about Cyber Citizenship.
Look at the Discoverers 22 and 23 Blog. There are
lots of photographs. Can you see yourself??

Word Smart
Complete the ‘Cyber Citizenship’ activity.
Talk and explain the statements to others so that
they can learn from your experience.
|
Term Challenges
Keep going with these.
Bring what you have done to school, as you complete
the challenges. Colour in and have a parent sign the ones you have completed.
Remember:
Complete 8 challenges and earn a certificate.

Reading
Keep reading daily.
Try for 15 minutes a day. Complete your Reading Log.
Ask for another one when it is completed.
Our library time is Friday.
