Week 7

Hi everyone

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Wow what a busy but exciting week this is!!!
We had a great session with Life Education on Monday afternoon. We learnt all about the different types of foods we eat- including foods from the ground, animals and ingredients.

Today we spent the morning learning about plants and what they need to survive. This was followed by the Garden to Table kitchen session where we made fresh spring rolls and zucchini muffins...YUM! Thank you to all the parent helpers for your support.

Reminders:
-Tomorrow Room 16 will be going to Ferrymead for the day. Please be at school on time as the buses will be leaving at 9.10am. Students will need a hat, sunblock, water, lunch, warm jersey and comfy shoes.

-If you have any journals or overdue library books could these please be brought back to school.

Here are some snaps from our Garden to Table session today :)
